Enterprise Logistics Specialist (Tempe, AZ) –

The Enterprise Special Services (ESS) Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation. In this role, you will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
• Identify transportation defect root causes
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
• Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls

• 2 years of Logistics, Supply Chain or Amazon experience preferred
• Understanding of basic data analytical skills
• Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals
• Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
• Interpersonal and customer service skills

Good relationship building skills, good at organization, communicate effectively, technical skills, managing disruptions as they occur, supply chain technical skills. Interpersonal and organizational skills required. Industries from top performers:
Party Planners, event coordinators, real estate, sales, restaurants.

Entry Level

Contract to Hire – Tempe, AZ

Pay range: $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
