Description
The Enterprise Special Services Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Inbound Transportation. Within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities- Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
- Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
- Identify transportation defect root causes.
- Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
- Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
- Lead daily Business Review stand‑up calls.

Skills & Qualifications
- Good relationship building skills, strong organization, effective communication, and technical skills. Ability to provide the lowest cost solutions and manage disruptions as they occur. Strong supply chain technical skills.
- Background can be from supply chain or logistics, supported by training for hard skills. Interpersonal and organizational skills are critical, requiring readiness to hit the ground running. Industries successfully sourced include: party planners, event coordinators, real estate, sales, and restaurants.
- 2 years of logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
- Understanding of basic data analytical skills.
- Experience writing documents such as process improvement proposals.
- Entry‑level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour.
