Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 Base Salary
Total Earning Potential:
Up to $110,000 (via performance & results-based bonuses)

. As our Field Operations Lead, your primary mission is to ensure every client interaction is seamless and professional.

You are a well-rounded construction professional who is expert-level across all fields of the trade. You lead by example—willing to get your hands dirty alongside the crew while providing the influence, support, and encouragement the team needs to excel. You are the provider for your team, ensuring they have every tool, piece of equipment, and material required to perform their tasks with total efficiency.

  Experience:
  
  Manage all client communication via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on a "white glove" professional standard.
• Team Empowerment & Logistics: Ensure the crew is fully equipped with all tools, equipment, and materials needed to perform tasks and stay on schedule.
• Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily activities at the job site, coordinate schedules with subcontractors/suppliers, and ensure projects stay on budget.
• Master Craftsmanship: Perform and oversee rough/finish carpentry (framing, trim, cabinetry, doors/windows) and assist with light electrical, plumbing, tile, and drywall.
• Bilingual Command: Lead and coordinate project needs in both English and Spanish to ensure 100% team alignment and client satisfaction.

• Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience with a "servant-leader" mindset and a portfolio of work you can share.
• Well-Rounded Expertise: Mastery across all fields (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Finishes, etc.).
• Language: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish

• Technical Literacy: Expert-level blueprint reading and the ability to use Quick Books, CRM, or Xactimate for field admin.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team through positive influence.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record for company vehicle use.
