Your Purpose in this Role

We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various welding tasks with precision and efficiency. You will work with a variety of materials, interpret blueprints, and utilize carious welding techniques to produce high-quality products.

Pay

Open - Pay Rate Determined in Interview.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

* Perform welding tasks using various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

* Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and quality welds.

* Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting and shaping components.

* Ensure proper fit and alignment of welded parts, making adjustments as necessary.

* Identify and repair any defects or imperfections in the welding process.

* Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve project deadlines.

Qualifications

* Proficient in various welding techniques.

* Strong attention to detail and precision work.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* 3-4+ Years of Welding Experience.

* Will need to clear a background check as this job requires work to be performed on government job sites that need clearance.

* Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, etc.

* Need to be able to pass a background check for municipal work.

* Welding Certifications (6G Certified)
