We are currently seeking Construction Laborers - Operator Assistants in Tempe, AZ. As a Construction Laborer - Operator Assistant, you will assist Truck Operators and CCTV inspection operators with setup at the job site, support them throughout the job, and may drive a support vehicle with equipment. You will work effectively with supervisors and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repair of a variety of sewer and storm water lines while working with minimal oversight.

We are currently offering a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license; reduced amounts are available for those without a CDL. The starting pay is $20.00‑$22.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.

• Assist the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and provide support throughout the job
• Drive support vehicles (pickup trucks) with equipment
• Provide support and work in and around sewer and storm drains
• Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
• Learn / train on Insituform's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
• Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site / shop

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Construction or Field Laborer is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
• Must have strong communication skills, be reliable, and be a team player
• Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools with or without reasonable accommodations
• Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state); 25% overnight travel is required
