We pay 25% above the market rate in Phoenix. All our plumbers are paid piece rate, so the more you work the more you make AND we offer weekly bonuses for those that go above and beyond.

• Proven experience as a residential construction plumber.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Own tools and equipment is a plus.
