As a Water Treatment Service Technician, you’ll receive paid training and support from our leadership team to launch your new career. You’ll service and maintain residential reverse osmosis (RO) systems, water softeners, water heaters, and both tank and tankless systems. You’ll have opportunities to provide upgrade recommendations while treating customers with respect and care. No experience with RO systems or water softeners?

No problem—the training is comprehensive and paid before you head into the field. Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Install and service residential water heaters and tankless water heaters
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment equipment
  • Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using Service Titan software
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and process credit card transactions
Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • 2+ years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment is preferred & helpful, but not required
  • 1-2+ years of residential service and/or install experience is preferred
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete the job correctly the first time
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or devices
  • Work in outdoor heat and cold safely
  • Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, and medium to high heights
  • Service Titan software experience preferred
  • Upon job offer, must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR
