Conduct expert‑level installation and service of smart‑home technology. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Act with honesty and integrity to give customers peace of mind.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance, B2C, call center
• Field technician experience – cable, internet, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Thrives in team and independently

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and other limited‑space areas
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Field Services technicians conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.
