Mitigation Technician

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a hardworking and dedicated Restoration Demo Technician to join our team! In this role, you will play a key role in restoring homes and businesses back to their pre‑loss condition. You will extract standing water if needed, clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, and assist the lead technician with job site production.

As a Restoration Demo Technician, you will also be responsible for maintaining job site safety and executing the job action plan for restoration production. You may work in confined spaces, heights, and will use power tools to get the job done. You will also assist with warehouse duties, moving, cleaning, and storing equipment and tools, and keeping vans clean and stocked.

To succeed in this role, you need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. You must be a team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently when needed.

• Extract standing water if needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, including removing all job‑related debris
• Assist lead technician with job site production
• Maintain job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Contents manipulation
• Work in confined spaces, including heights
• Utilize power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation to the Main Office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean shaved face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Work well in a team environment
• Work in tight or confined spaces

Compensation: $14.35 - $18.00 per hour
