• Competitive pay of $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience / Call Volume

This is where the HVAC “Heavies” step in. Based out of Tempe, AZ, you’ll be working across a 50-mile service area, handling complex installs and doing the kind of heavy lifting most techs can’t, or won’t, touch. You’ll be counted on for precision, reliability, and craftsmanship every time you show up to a job.

• Install HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Braze copper lines, purge with nitrogen, and perform leak tests
• Evacuate and charge systems properly and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on every job site
• Work closely with a team of professionals who know HVAC and respect the craft

• Strong understanding of HVAC refrigerant circuit components
• Experience with brazing, nitrogen purging, and leak testing
• Ability to properly evacuate and charge systems
• Clean, professional work habits with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred

• EPA Certification
• Minimum 2 years of field experience in HVAC installation
• Ability to diagnose refrigerant and mechanical failures
