Overview
We re looking for a Finish Service Technician to join our Install team! As a Finish Service Technician for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen
, you ll be responsible for supporting the structural framing and trim work on projects for residential and commercial properties in an efficient manner, promoting job site safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.
- Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process.
- Practice efficient and safe demolition to minimally impact customers.
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
- Preparation of windows/doors and existing openings (taping, caulking, and cleaning).
- Exterior/Interior finish work on all products.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, quality control, and cost control.
- Maintenance of good attendance and punctuality.
- Understands and adheres to company and safety policies, proper lifting techniques, and heat stress.
- Ability to use hand tools and gas-powered equipment properly, efficiently, and safely.
- Basic knowledge of local city and state building codes.
- If driving for the company, must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver s license and a clear driving record.
- Ability to read prints.
- 3 or more years experience as a framing or finish carpenter in residential or commercial brick and stucco applications; required.
- Must be able to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Posted Salary Range
USD $23.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
