This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Supervisor - Unarmed Security Professional, located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day security operations at their assigned site, coordinate and manage unarmed security staff, and ensure compliance with client requirements. Responsibilities include leading security personnel, monitoring site activities to maintain safety and order, and handling incidents or emergencies promptly and effectively.
The role also entails engaging with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations at the assigned site and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate and manage unarmed security staff; lead security personnel.
- Monitor site activities to maintain safety and order; handle incidents or emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Strong supervisory skills to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in physical security practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Customer service skills to provide exceptional support and build positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in operations management, including scheduling, compliance with protocols, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
- Prior experience in security services or a related field is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in security or safety are a plus.
