The MAZ Sales Specialist’s will be involved in promoting the benefits of the MAZ mixer to potential clients, managing sales processes from lead generation to closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and assistance. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

The opportunity

Building Relationships and Generate Sales

  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics, including but not limited to sales quotas, conversion rates, and customer acquisition goals, to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Collect information on customer needs, close sales & forecast future requirements
  • Generate leads through various channels, including research, referrals, cold-calls, and maintaining open communication with potential customers.
  • Own outbound pipeline creation through structured prospecting activity (calls, emails, social outreach, etc.)
  • Execute daily outbound activity targets aligned to pipeline generation goals
  • Identify and penetrate net-new accounts within defined verticals and territories
  • Work with the global commercial sales team to close Maz sales.
  • Use cross-selling, upselling opportunities during interactions that complement the MAZ
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside organizations to further promote MAZ sales
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product feedback in the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use and maintain constructive data in our CRM
  • Represent Medisca at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase the Maz, generate leads, and network with potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the global commercial sales team to plan and execute regional blitzes aimed at maximizing sales opportunities.
Sales tactics and support strategies
  • Provide regular feedback to the Maz Sales Manager on market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Provide support for marketing deliverables, promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  • Follows up on sales leads and coordinate visits with appropriate representative and close sales
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of in pharmacy experience (technician or pharmacist), preferred but not required.
  • Three (3) years proven experience in sales.
  • Proven abilities in discovering opportunities, developing strategies and closing sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM tool with workflow and process.
