• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
• Analyze key industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, operations) to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a closely related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, project management, or B2B sales in manufacturing.
• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office and other relevant programs.

• Experience with ER.
