Design Drywall West (DDW) is expanding — and we’re looking for a powerhouse relationship builder to drive our next chapter of growth. For over 50 years, DDW has been a trusted contractor in the Valley, specializing in metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, acoustic ceilings, and insulation for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

What You’ll DoGrow the business. Build relationships. Drive the revenue.
You’ll be the face of DDW — identifying new commercial opportunities, connecting with general contractors, developers, and property managers, and owning the full sales cycle from first handshake to contract award.
- Spot new project opportunities before anyone else does
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision makers
- Lead compelling proposals, RFP/RFQ submissions, and client presentations
- Collaborate with estimating + leadership to deliver competitive bids
- Represent DDW at industry events (ABC, AGC, and more)
- Maintain a sharp pipeline and keep your CRM dialed in
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Construction industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong understanding of drywall, painting, coatings, or interior finishing workflows
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to visit job sites, client offices, and industry events
