Business Development Representative - Medical

• Expand Brand Presence & Foster Strong Partnerships with hospitals, doctor's offices, and medical clinics across the Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa areas.
• Conduct Daily In-Person Visits to engage with prospective referral sources, building lasting relationships and trust.
• Leverage CRM Tools to effectively manage your territory, track progress, and maintain accurate data for maximum impact.
• Use a Consultative Sales Approach to strategically grow your territory, identify needs, drive new referrals, and expand business opportunities.
• Lead High-Impact Events & Presentations using your marketing budget to engage key referral sources and elevate brand awareness.

• Associate’s Degree (Required)
• 2 years of B2B sales/networking experience (Required)
• 2 years of relevant healthcare experience (Required)
• Current and valid driver’s license (Required)
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Charismatic, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Competitive Sports Background

• Total Compensation: $60K-$80K/year (including commissions and bonuses)
• Gas and Phone Allowance: $700/month gas + $75/month phone
