Overview
The Outbound Sales Assistant is responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting Smart Home products and services. They have a strong understanding of Smart Home technology and can effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products to potential customers. They utilize various sales techniques to generate leads, make sales calls and provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to our members in order to identify and qualify their needs to transfer to specific selling team members.

Job Duties
- Customer Interactions:
The incumbent will perform fundamental customer interactions through outbound calling, anticipate Member needs, identify and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Knowledge and proficiency with AAA Smart Home products and services. Create warm sales opportunities for our Sales Consultants. - Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Collaborate with other Team Members to improve overall sales and service performance. - Continuous Learning:
Participate in sales training and continuous professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

- Agility to modify communication style to communicate effectively
- Increases value of Membership with each interaction
- Active listener, critical and adaptable thinker, strong communicator, insightful, and emotional intelligence
- Must be proficient with multiple computer systems and applications
- Ability to quickly learn AAA Smart Home products
- High attention to detail and accuracy despite fast turnarounds
- Customer-oriented with the ability to take care of customer’s needs while following company procedures
- Energetic, with the ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work
- Reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating dependability
- Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 0-2 years sales and customer service experience primarily in a call center environment
- Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Smart Home product and services
We target between the minimum and midpoint of the range; $18.12/hr-$22.66/hr
