Outbound Sales Assistant, Smart Home

Overview

The Outbound Sales Assistant is responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting Smart Home products and services. They have a strong understanding of Smart Home technology and can effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products to potential customers. They utilize various sales techniques to generate leads, make sales calls and provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to our members in order to identify and qualify their needs to transfer to specific selling team members.

• Customer Interactions:
  The incumbent will perform fundamental customer interactions through outbound calling, anticipate Member needs, identify and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Knowledge and proficiency with AAA Smart Home products and services. Create warm sales opportunities for our Sales Consultants.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Collaborate with other Team Members to improve overall sales and service performance.

• Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years sales and customer service experience primarily in a call center environment
• Preferred Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Smart Home product and services

We target between the minimum and midpoint of the range; $18.12/hr-$22.66/hr
