Fer Robotics Inc. is looking for a SALES ENGINEER to support the US sales operations.
Working with the V.P North America you will manage the entire sales project process and customer journey from introduction to the customer through to PO management, after sales support and key account management.
You will be a good fit for this role if you:
- Possess a keen willingness to learn new highly technical products and their applications.
- Possess an outstanding customer relationship attitude.
- Great communicator and pride yourself in utmost accurate and independent work.
- Can handle multiple projects simultaneously and are foremost concerned with ensuring all customer related sales processes, from start to finish, are managed successfully, timely and in the best interest of the customer and company.
- Strength in the sales department.

Some general tasks are:
- Take ownership of the entire pre‑sales and sales project management process from customer introduction through to purchase order and after sales support.
- Become the subject matter expert on technology and products of Fer Robotics.
- Maintain all customer and project records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate all product related activities with the V.P. North America and Office Manager in the U.S.
- Ensure all technical questions are answered accurately along the entire process.
- Identify and communicate additional customer needs along the process.
- Attend in person and virtual meetings with customers.
- Represent Fer Robotics at trade shows, virtual trade meetings, association meetings etc.
- Willingness to travel.
