Position Summary
Copperstate is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to support wholesale and retail channel marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands. This role focuses on executing trade programs, coordinating promotions, and supporting product launches across:
- Sol Flower
- Uncle X
- Jukebox
This role partners closely with Wholesale, Retail Operations, and Brand to support sell-in and sell-through initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with sales data and promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities- Support execution of trade and shopper marketing initiatives across wholesale and retail channels
- Coordinate quarterly promotional calendars and ensure timely communication to internal teams
- Assist with pricing updates and promotional setup across channels
- Track sell-in and sell-through performance using POS and sales data
- Support go-to-market execution for new product launches
- Create and update sales enablement tools, including sell sheets, pitch decks, and product education materials
- Support wholesale trade programs and co-marketing initiatives
- Assist with trade show preparation and sales collateral needs
- Compile account-level performance reporting and insights
- Coordinate in-store marketing toolkits, signage, and display materials
- Ensure retail locations receive updated promotional assets
- Track promotional performance and compile reports for Marketing leadership
- Support merchandising consistency across owned and partner dispensaries
- 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, CPG, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working with sales data and reporting tools
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Retail, and Marketing
- Cannabis or retail experience preferred
