THIS POSITION IS FOR ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS AT MOUNTAIN AMERICA STADIUM IN TEMPE, ARIZONA

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service from the moment guests sit down until they leave the establishment. Display hospitality, friendliness, and complete food and beverage knowledge. Responsible for money handling, beverage pouring, dispensing policies, and serving drinks at the service well.

• Check patrons' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption and follow safe drinking guidelines.
• Prepare bar setup.
• Maintain accurate inventory of bar supplies including beer, liquor, wine, cups, mixers, and sodas.
• Handle cash sales accurately.
• Close out checks after payment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment.
• Serve and sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a cheerful demeanor during shifts.
• Inventory stand sheet items before and after events, initial bar paperwork.
• Calculate cash at shift end and return bank to the cash room.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Complete opening and closing duties as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of full-service bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mixed drink recipes and POS systems.
• Must be TIPS certified.
• Good communication and social skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on customer service, math, and counting skills.
• Ability to pour drinks and draft beer.
• Must be 18+ to ring alcoholic sales.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
