Food Runner

The Food Runner is a vital link between the kitchen and the customer, whether that customer is at the counter, on the patio, or ordering from their couch ’ll be responsible for making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is complete, correct, and delivered quickly. This role isn’t just about carrying food—it’s about attention to detail, communication, and supporting flow across the line.

You’ll also own the packaging and quality control of all to-go and online orders. That means confirming modifiers and extras, double-checking bag contents, and making sure every pickup order is as dialed-in as our dine-in service. You’ll maintain a clean, organized runner station, keep backup supplies stocked, and communicate closely with line cooks and expo to keep everything running smooth.

This is a fast-moving, high-impact position that requires sharp instincts, steady hustle, and solid communication. If you're the kind of person who notices when a table’s missing napkins or a box of ranch didn’t make it in the bag—and fixes it without being told—this role’s for you.

• Run food promptly and accurately to guests and/or pickup stations
• Package and confirm accuracy of all to-go and online food orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station at all times
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff on order timing, modifications, and guest needs
• Assist with expo line organization and product quality checks
• Uphold speed and service standards during peak hours
• Support bussing, restocking, and light cleaning duties as needed

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Clear verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate a crowded space
