Overview
A company is looking for a Commercial Appraiser to engage in valuation assignments and provide consulting services for commercial real estate.
Responsibilities- Conduct data collection and market research for property valuation
- Analyze complex scenarios and develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models
- Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified General Appraiser license
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook / Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
