Come join our team of competent and compassionate professionals at Aurora Behavioral Health System. ABHS, Arizona's largest free-standing psychiatric hospital system, is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor. Our Level 1, acute care psychiatric facility located in Tempe is licensed to treat adults and adolescents for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency.
The Nursing Supervisor will provide professional nursing care to patients according to hospital policy and procedure; will assess patient care needs, plan and implement nursing care procedures, evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary; will provide teaching to patients and their families; will direct the work of nursing support staff through the use of appropriate delegation and supervision skills.

Requirements- ADN or BSN from an accredited college or university.
- One Year Of Nurse Supervisor Experience Preferred.
- Valid Arizona RN license in good standing.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
- Meet Qualifications For An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
