40 hours/week, on-call required

LPN: $66,000–$72,600/year

RN: $79,200–$87,120/year (DOE)

• Oversee care & services for Memory Care residents
• Lead and support an amazing care team
• Ensure top‑notch, compassionate care

• AZ LPN or RN license
• Experience in long‑term care/assisted living
• Supervision of staff experience preferred
• Maintain current Adult CPR Certification
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
