The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. • Review assessment referrals received from various sources in collaboration with the RN and other clinicians, to assess patient needs.
• Assist in coordinating patient care.
• Maintain patient records, update databases, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information in approved EMR and other platforms.
