Large Format Print & Production Technician

• Full-Time, 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)
• Shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (10-hour shift)

Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and workflow management of large format printing equipment while supporting manufacturing operations related to acoustic foam production.

• Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of large format printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and print quality.
• Operate RIP software and Adobe Illustrator to prepare, adjust, and set up print-ready files.
• Monitor print production for color accuracy, alignment, and material quality control.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and file issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the manufacturing, fabrication, and finishing of acoustic foam products when not operating the printer.
• Support workflow efficiency across print and production departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and basic file setup for print production.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to multitask between digital and physical production tasks.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
• ISO, LEAN or other quality system experience is a plus.
