We're looking for
a quality inspector or manufacturing parts inspector to work in Tempe, AZ. Are you looking to gain weld inspection experience or already have some experience? we are looking for both, please apply so we can qualify/disqualify you.
First shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Second
Shift: 2:00pm
-11:30am

The inspector is required to comply with numerous customer and industry regulations and specifications to include ISO, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.
Responsibilities- Perform visual inspection of parts by following approved procedures.
- Setup, calibrate, standardize equipment, and conduct tests in accordance with approved procedures.
- Interpret results for acceptance or rejection and document results in accordance with procedures.
- Remain familiar with all codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the visual inspection method. Mark resectable parts and complete required paperwork for required rework.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of plant experience with moderate understanding of the overall production process.
Qualifications- Individuals with 3 years experience in an occupational function that has a direct relationship to weldments being fabricated or inspected, or individuals holding current American Welding Society (AWS) Associate Welding Inspector Certification, American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Weld Inspector Certification (CWI) or Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI) Certification shall be considered as having met all the qualification requirements and will be preferred over plant experience.
