Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Hours worked: 1st Shift 4:45 AM - 1:30 PM Monday

• Assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units
• Using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment to perform assembly tasks
• Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet precise tolerances and product requirements
• Repairing units that do not initially meet product requirements
• Following clearly defined procedures and task guidelines to ensure high quality standards

• Have the ability to follow written procedures and guidelines accurately
• Possess basic task knowledge learned through training or prior experience, though no prior experience is required
• Are comfortable with manual, routine work and making decisions based on established rules
• Are eager to learn new skills and grow within a leading company
