Genuine Machine Products is seeking an experienced Mill Machinist (Level 2/3) to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. You’ll work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities. • Operate CNC milling machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently.
• Perform basic machine setups and communicate tooling requirements.
• Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of CNC Mill operation and setup experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Intermediate understanding of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.

• Equipment troubleshooting.
• CNC tooling.
• CNC programming.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust.
