Bring to the Table- High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational/technical school diploma or certificate.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., mobility to crouch, kneel, reach, bend and do repetitive actions with hands and arms.
- 5 years of experience as a technician or equivalent experience performing maintenance on high voltage equipment.
- Experience working with high-voltage equipment (480V).
- Has a general understanding of some or all the following:
Pneumatics, Mechanical, PLC, ACDC Drives, Multimeter basics, Basic Electricity and Electronics, Power Supplies, Motors, Arc Flash. - Must be flexible with the work schedule.

- Perform detailed product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects, document issues, and take corrective action to maintain high-quality production output.
- Support daily manufacturing operations by meeting production targets and efficiency standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Escalate complex mechanical or equipment issues promptly to reduce production delays.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment optimization to improve reliability and performance.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and production data.
- Mentor and train production operators on equipment operation, best practices, and safety procedures.
- Provide technical feedback and support to leadership as requested.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, maintenance) to meet production goals.
