The Wholesale Production Supervisor oversees and actively participates in hands-on cannabis production, including extraction, processing, formulation, quality control, and packaging. This role ensures efficient workflows, consistent product quality, and full regulatory compliance while leading and training production staff.

• Supervise, train, and mentor wholesale production technicians
• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet wholesale demand
• Oversee production of flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edibles
• Enforce quality control standards and regulatory compliance
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
• Maintain accurate production, batch, and inventory records
• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized production environment

• 1+ year experience in cannabis production or manufacturing
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of QC, GMP, and cannabis compliance
• Experience with seed-to-sale systems (Dutchie, Treez, Bio Track)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around strong odors and temperature variations
