Wholesale Production Supervisor Position SummaryThe Wholesale Production Supervisor oversees and actively participates in hands-on cannabis production, including extraction, processing, formulation, quality control, and packaging. This role ensures efficient workflows, consistent product quality, and full regulatory compliance while leading and training production staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and mentor wholesale production technicians
- Coordinate daily production schedules to meet wholesale demand
- Oversee production of flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edibles
- Enforce quality control standards and regulatory compliance
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Maintain accurate production, batch, and inventory records
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized production environment
- 1+ year experience in cannabis production or manufacturing
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of QC, GMP, and cannabis compliance
- Experience with seed-to-sale systems (Dutchie, Treez, Bio Track)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around strong odors and temperature variations
