Essential Job Functions:

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs, and required PPE in warehouse or production areas (including hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, gloves, and seatbelts when operating forklifts).
• Adhere to food quality and food safety guidelines per Refresco, Customer, and/or governing bodies (e.g., SQF).
• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport to designated areas. Validate quantities using Blind Count Sheets or SAP transactions on forklift computer.
• Operate SAP database through Vehicle Mounted Units (VMUs) on forklifts; perform SAP forklift-related tasks.
• Load/unload trucks and perform other warehouse functions within SAP using forklift VMU.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) in a high-paced environment and maintain in-house forklift certification.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as required.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and follow forklift battery/propane safety procedures.
• Perform any other driving activities as directed by leadership.
• Clean/maintain work areas throughout the shift.
• Represent the company positively at all times.
• May have production machine operation duties.

• Ability to read and write job instructions in the location’s acceptable language(s).
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Demonstrated basic operation of powered industrial trucks and forklift certification by an approved Refresco trainer.

• Problem-Solving: quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
• Technology: familiarity with warehouse management software for tracking inventory and logistics.
• Technology: basic computer skills for operating production software and logging data.
• Cognition: ability to analyze data and process parameters to optimize production.

  participate in safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

• High School Certification or equivalent (GED).
• 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnight and holidays may be required. Overtime as needed.
• Fast-paced production plant with moving parts; loud environment requiring hearing protection; temperatures can be hot and/or cold. Environment is structured and supervised.

• 0% travel anticipated.

• Pay Range: $18.08 - $24.86 per hour
• Shift: 5:30pm – 1:30am (Evening shift) with weekend flexibility
