Overview
The Assembly B – Exhaust Processor is responsible for producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining required inventory levels. This role involves operating in a clean room environment, following detailed procedures, monitoring analytical data, and supporting production schedules while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- United States citizenship required for security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and receive security clearance within six months of hire
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform basic functions on a PC and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room environment.
- Demonstrated speed and accuracy in completing trained tasks.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Related manufacturing experience preferred.
- One to three years of relevant experience desired.
- Produce quality products that meet customer specifications and production requirements.
- Interpret data from analytical and diagnostic equipment to make informed decisions
- Follow written procedures and complete assigned work on schedule while maintaining acceptable yields.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical, chemical, and electrical safety procedures
- Utilize hand tools and follow documented process procedures for image tube processing.
- Monitor meters and sensing devices measuring vacuum, temperature, and torque
- Maintain accurate records using the onsite Quality Tracking System.
- Identify equipment or quality issues and communicate deviations to engineering teams.
- Adhere to vacuum handling and clean room best practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Manufacturing and clean room operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Statistical Process Control fundamentals.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Quality tracking and documentation.
- Multi-tasking and process monitoring.
- Experience with ultra-high vacuum technology or semiconductor processing.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and 5S principles.
- Ability to monitor multiple exhaust stations simultaneously.
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
- Self-driven approach to meeting production goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or post-secondary education preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience acceptable.
