Overview

INW Phoenix Formulations focuses on creating strong teams to maintain a friendly and fun work environment while producing the top-quality supplements in the industry. Follow batch records and SOPs to inspect products at every step of the packaging process into the form in which it will be shipped.

Monday-Thursday, 1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm or 2nd Shift - 3:45pm-2:15am (Overtime on Fridays may be required)

• Stock and sort product and packaging supplies such as, film, boxes, lids, bottles, ink, labels, etc.
• Measure and examine materials and finished products to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Inspect lot numbers, expiration dates, and other specifications before packaging.
• Place materials into containers, cartons and boxes.
• Seal containers or boxes using hands, fasteners, tape, and hand tools.
• Remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials or packing supplies.
• Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
• Clean and sterilize the equipment and tools as specified.
• Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
• Reports to work regularly and on time.
• Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

• No experience is necessary for most positions. Our team loves to teach people who love to learn.
• Must be able to work on your feet for 10 hour shifts
• We follow GMPs which means no food or jewelry in the work area and strict uniform and hygiene practices.

• Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands and arms, and occasionally pull for entire 10 hour shift.

• The employee is regularly exposed to noise, and to airborne particles, including some allergens.
• Completion of duties must be done within an allotted time which may create a sense of time pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: $16.00 per hour ($1 Shift differential for 2nd Shift @ $17 hourly)
