Essential Job Functions- Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMP, and wear required PPE in the warehouse or production areas (hairnets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard‑toe shoes, gloves, seatbelts on forklifts).
- Maintain food quality and safety per corporate, customer, and governing standards (SQF, etc.).
- Read, understand, and follow the production schedule; communicate issues or deviations to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain production flow on machinery: monitor upstream and downstream issues, supply raw materials, perform minor servicing when needed.
- Follow Quality Assurance and Production line SOPs.
- Perform equipment change‑overs and read imperial and metric measurements.
- Record required information for production and quality records; keep accurate downtime reports and documentation.
- Perform equipment and general sanitation in your work area or as assigned.
- Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
- Identify machine or production issues using visual and auditory cues.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by leadership, including cross‑training, plant sanitation, inventory management, and training.
- Experience in a high‑speed beverage production environment (preferred).
- Understanding of production machinery and forklifts; awareness of technical issues.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
- Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
- Forklift certification may be required.
- Problem‑solving: troubleshoot machinery and production issues efficiently.
- Teamwork: collaborate with coworkers to meet production targets.
- Documentation: record production data accurately and maintain organized records.
- Safety awareness: comply with safety protocols and complete required monthly training.
- Communication: verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors; report issues accurately.
- High Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Schedule:
weekdays, weekends, afternoon, evenings, overnight, and holidays; overtime may be required. - Environment: fast‑paced plant with moving parts; noise requires hearing protection; temperatures vary widely.
It may be necessary to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs, carry weight, walk, push/pull, drive a forklift, climb stairs or ladders, and balance.

BenefitsPay Range: $16.74–$23.02 per hour
Shift: 9:00 pm–5:30 am (3rd shift); flexibility during weekends as needed
