* High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of experience
* Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products
* Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
* Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English (required)
* Close attention to detail and quality
* Good communication skills
* Teamwork oriented
* Ability to work with little or no supervision if required
* Ability to make quality decisions quickly Nice to Haves:
* Microscope experience
* Soldering experience
* Experience handing small products/microchips
* Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology (preferred)
* Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production) Soldering certification preferred

Job Description:

* Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
* Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
* Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
* Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
