We’re looking for enthusiastic men or women with manual mill and lathe experience for employment in the aerospace field. Previous aerospace experience is preferred. We seek a strong mechanical skillset, good work ethic, and great attitude. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are required.
Based in Tempe, AZ, Harter Aerospace (a subsidiary of HEICO) is a global aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul organization. Licensed and certified by FAA, EASA, CAAC, and JCAB, it performs inspection, testing, repair, and overhaul on a variety of aircraft components with state‑of‑the‑art equipment. HEICO is a NYSE‑listed company known for innovation and growth.
Job Functions- Operate manual mill and lathe to repair or modify aircraft components and create tooling fixtures.
- Read, understand, and follow complex drawings, prints, and work packages.
- Interpret technical data.
- Produce detailed and accurate maintenance records.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Perform additional shop tasks as requested.
- Experience operating a mill and lathe.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and basic technical data.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Salary: $64,600.00–$96,900.00
