Machine Operator

Adecco is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team of qualified and diverse professionals. Our client specializes in the manufacturing of metal and carbon-graphite components for a variety of precision applications. • Monday through Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Occasional overtime available on Fridays

$19.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

• Operate CNC machines
• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools including lathes and milling machines
• Machine metal and carbon-graphite parts to exacting tolerances and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
• Determine sequence of operations, number of cuts, and method of setup
• Use machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Perform shop calculations related to dimensions, tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Measure, mark, and scribe materials for machining layouts
• Fit and assemble precision parts for mechanical equipment
• Identify necessary materials, parts, and tools

• CNC Experience
• Proficient with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Ability to perform standard shop math and measurements

$19.00 to $26.00 per hour
