Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Welding to join their team. As a Sr Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Welding, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range

$86/hr.

- $92/hr doe plus benefits

What’s the Job?
  • Coordinate multi‑site, cross‑functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual‑source locations.
  • Review and manage tooling between sites to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies.
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and industry standards.
  • Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions for manufacturing teams.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, with experience in aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace.
