• Adhere to all health and safety policies, procedures, GMPs, and wear required PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain food quality and safety per corporate, customer, and governing body standards (e.g., SQF).
• Report problems with the FSMS and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform repair, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot machines for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Maintain supporting equipment such as glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, and chemical distribution systems.
• Use innovative thinking to minimize downtime, ensure food safety, product quality, and personnel safety.
• Document and approve all work orders, recording part numbers for inventory.
• Communicate all relevant maintenance and production info between shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Communicate with production during downtime.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues quickly and drive improvement.

• Knowledge of GMPs.
• Understanding of food safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Good decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Forklift certification.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of prior maintenance experience in manufacturing (preferred).

• Weekday, weekend, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts – overtime as needed.
• Fast‑paced production environment, numerous moving parts, and hot/cold temperatures. Hearing protection and safety gear required.

• Minimal travel may be required for training.

• Stand or sit for most of the shift.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs (minimum 5 lbs).
• Carry weight, drive, walk, climb stairs/ladders.
• Visual and sensory attention, coordination and dexterity for precise control.
• Accept mental stress from deadlines, quotas, and accuracy demands.

• Pay Range: $24.60–$33.82 per hour.
• Shift: 9:00 pm–5:30 am (3rd shift) with weekend flexibility.
