Position: Benefit Services Coordinator

Overview

The GCN Benefit Services Coordinator serves as a contact for Tier 3 Service Now (SNOW) escalations related to benefits and time off. This role ensures accurate resolution of complex issues, compliance with regulations, and exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Tier 3 SNOW escalations for benefits.
  • Investigate and resolve complex cases by evaluating information and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Document all escalations and resolutions accurately in SNOW and Workday systems.
  • Communicate timely updates to employees and stakeholders.
  • Monitor trends and ensure consistent communication to support the identification of opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide support for the Open Enrollment process, including pre- and post-enrollment activities.
  • Support audits and provide accurate documentation as needed.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, benefits administration, or payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    Workday and Service Now.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work onsite in the Tempe, AZ Circle K office 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).
