. In this position, you’ll manage the project installations and act as the point of contact for our homeowners.

• Manage multiple crews.
• Crew recruitment.
• Main point of beherishment with helmets during installation.
• Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
• Daily updates upon job sicycle inspections.
• Change orders and “up selling”.

• 2 years hospitality experience.
• Comfortable with basic geometry and math.
• Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews ok.
• P ossess excellent communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
• A background check will be conducted for this position.

This position is a full‑time role that offers a salary of $65k + bonus & commissions, company truck, and gas card.
