The Team Leader of Operations and Engineering oversees the Branch Voice Operations Team
. This person leads a high‑performing team of associates and contractors to support and engineer voice solutions for 19,000+ branches in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include vendor management, performance availability, and relationship stewardship with the UCaaS platform provider, ensuring rapid, customer‑service‑driven responses to branch needs.

• Ensure continuous innovation of the CCaaS platform by partnering with UCaaS provider(s) to introduce new features, integration, and AI capabilities.
• Provide complex voice solutions to support firm business needs.
• Lead the team during escalated production issues, making on‑demand decisions to isolate and remediate impact to branches quickly and escalating issues to key voice vendors.
• Provide leadership and development to the team; lead with clarity, transparency, and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5 or more years of experience with UCaaS providers.
• Experience in planning for execution in Agile.
• 5 or more years working in the field of Telecommunications.
• 5 years of leadership experience, including significant people responsibilities and delivering results through others.

Candidate location preference:
Preferred candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
