The Position

As a Senior Project Manager you will manage the full lifecycle of complex electrical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, aligning objectives, scope, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans—scope, budget, schedules, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities to control costs and manage change orders.
  • Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure success.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular updates and expectation management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance and safety adherence.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to meet or exceed industry and client standards.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation—including progress reports, financial tracking, change orders and project status updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum seven years of project management experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
  • Proven success managing complex electrical projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of industry codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with sound decision‑making skills under pressure.
  • PMP certification or other relevant project‑management credential considered a plus.

Pay Range: $120 K – $160 K per year
