Role OverviewThe Warehouse Fulfillment Representative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities- Review and process customer orders accurately.
- Ensure item availability and update inventory as needed.
- Package and label orders per shipping standards.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve issues before shipping.
- Coordinate shipping and provide tracking info.
- Use inventory systems and tools efficiently.
- Suggest improvements to the online ordering experience.
- General Tasks
- Operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

- Proven warehouse experience preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 pounds) and operate warehouse equipment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
