The Warehouse Fulfillment Representative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall warehouse efficiency.

• Review and process customer orders accurately.
• Ensure item availability and update inventory as needed.
• Package and label orders per shipping standards.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve issues before shipping.
• Coordinate shipping and provide tracking info.
• Use inventory systems and tools efficiently.
• Suggest improvements to the online ordering experience.
• General Tasks
  • Operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

• Proven warehouse experience preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 pounds) and operate warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
