Upgrade your career with a small but mighty family business in Tempe, Arizona. We look for candidates who bring solid knowledge of warehouse organization, inventory management, and both domestic and international shipping and receiving.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in industrial, construction or military industry.
• Create BOLs, identify and process damaged returns, create shipping labels, load and unload freight.
• Assist in maintenance/management of inventory, including documentation, stocking and tracking.
• Forklift experience required.
• Excellent driving record and willingness to submit to a thorough background check and drug screening that complies with DoD and our other government partners.
• Pay depends on experience and skill level.

• Provide excellent service to valued customers both internal and external.
• Familiarity with industrial/construction parts and materials.
• Experience creating Excel spreadsheets.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferably in construction, industrial or military industries.
• Experience packaging and preparing products for shipment, including large freight.
• Excellent communication skills, self‑motivated, self‑starter, sense of urgency, personable, well organized and dependable.
• Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

The work is considered medium‑to‑heavy in nature and involves walking, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, digging, pushing or raising objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis.
