E & E Exhibits, Inc., dba E&E Exhibit Solutions, is the premier and expanding trade show displays and large format graphics company in the Valley. The warehouse is located in Chandler, AZ.

• Freight/Receiving: receive all incoming freight and inspect for obvious damage.
• Inspect returns for discrepancies and return inventory to stock in a timely manner.
• Rental Inventory: pull, prep, and set up rentals in designated build areas; use high‑power tools when necessary; take accurate measurements and conversions.
• Work with assigned technician buddy to ensure everything is complete; verify all items on the Exhibit Force orders are correct, making necessary changes; confirm all emails and notes from the sales person have been addressed.
• Upon dismantle confirm all piece count quantities are packaged correctly and labeled for shipment; have packing list signed off by Warehouse Manager or Supervisor; turn in paperwork for final processing along with pictures.
• Wrap, band, and label outbound freight.
• Storage Client Booths; do everything above in Rental Inventory; set up training with client as needed.
• Operate forklift safely within guidelines; lift heavy boxes and crates (estimated 50‑100 lbs) when necessary.
• Box and ship outgoing graphics, rentals, new sales when necessary; ultimate responsibility for ensuring all parts and pieces are shipped out accurately.
• Maintain an organized warehouse.
• Customer Installation & Dismantles.
• Perform supervisory function of I&D’s (if required).
• Communicate professionally with clients, labor workers, sales, and management.
• Travel as needed.
• Time management: work a 40‑hour, five‑day week (overtime as approved); self‑organization; plan each day, week, and month; dress neatly and present a professional image.
• Develop positive relationships with other employees in the warehouse and sales; communicate effectively; cooperate with management.
