A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their Ethics and Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on US export control and sanctions compliance, as well as EU / UK regulations for AI cloud infrastructure services
- Provide legal guidance on restricted party screening and regulatory risks associated with business partner onboarding
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting technology exports and advise on compliance processes and policies
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to apply complex regulations to business operations
- Experience in a highly regulated, high-growth, or global technology environment is a plus
- Familiarity with encryption classifications is an advantage
