Licensed Insurance Producer (Bilingual Required)

Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer who is bilingual (English/Spanish) and experienced in Property & Casualty (Life license is a plus). The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
Responsibilities- Quote and sell auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and follow-up communications
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain compliance with carrier and state requirements
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty License (Life License preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission and bonuses
