Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks, executing automated test cases, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role requires hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, and modern testing practices within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and API applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain high product quality standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing

• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Cypress, or Playwright
  .
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Java Script .
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Spec Flow.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Test Rail, Zephyr).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
• Experience testing microservices-based architectures

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
